Shipping

All our orders are shipped using SF Express. You will receive a shipment notification email after your order has been shipped. You can find the tracking number in the email and use it to track your order here.

Import Taxes & Duties

Some countries may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.

Returns

All of our custom made products are created specific to each individual customer. As a result, we do not accept return or refund. If products arrive defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your products by emailing us at info@mosaicartmaker.com and attach the photos of products as well, we will follow up accordingly.
