How do I order a custom mosaic art?
To order your own custom mosaic art, head to the “My Custom Arts” section and simply upload your photos to preview how they’ll look via our user-friendly online website. You can edit them to your liking with our tools. Once you are happy with it, you can place your order immediately.

Can we help with editing?
No problem, we can help you adjust to the best result for free, as well as modify your photos, change backgrounds, and combine multiple photos. You can send us photos through WhatsApp in the bottom right corner of our website.

Does my photo need to be high resolution?
As long as the detail and important landmarks on the photo are clear, it does not have to be a high resolution photo.

How can I make the mosaic art more sharp?
If you want to make the mosaic art more sharp, it is recommended to choose a headshot or half-body shot, as these will usually produce better results. In fact, pixel art is not meant to be a high-definition display, but fans love its unique three-dimensional block aesthetic. Compared to high-definition photos or artworks, brick mosaic art provides a unique visual interest.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We provide an extra 10% more bricks for each colour, so you can afford to lose a couple. If you need extra, please feel free to contact us.

Currently we only provide online building instructions. You can access your instructions by scanning the QR code provided on the packing slip or by browsing the website.
