How do I order a custom mosaic art?
To order your own custom mosaic art, head to the “My Custom Arts” section and simply upload your photos to preview how they’ll look via our user-friendly online website. You can edit them to your liking with our tools. Once you are happy with it, you can place your order immediately.

Does my photo need to be high resolution?
As long as the detail and important landmarks on the photo are clear, it does not have to be a high resolution photo.

How can I make my mini-Brick art look clearer?
Our mini-brick arta are not presented in high definition but rather pixelated which is loved by our fans for its unique presentation.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
It will be shipped within 1-2 working days after you have placed the order. If you wish to check the shipping process. The estimated delivery schedule can be viewed here.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping notification through email with a tracking number. You can click here to track your order with your tracking number.

Can I pick up my order at a SF store in Hong Kong?
Hong Kong customers can choose either delivery or self-pickup at SF business locations, SF stations and SF smart lockers (just enter the SF "point code" in the address field).

What should I do if I lose some of the mini-Bricks?
We provide an extra 10% more bricks for each colour, so you can afford to lose a couple. If you need extra, please feel free to contact us.

How do I get offline building instructions?
Currently we only provide online building instructions. You can access your instructions by scanning the QR code provided on the packing slip or by browsing the website.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept AlipayHK, Alipay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.
