Shipping & Return
All orders are shipped via SF Express service, you can check the table below for the shipping fee and estimated transit time to your country. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email including a tracking number. You can use the number to trace your package via here.
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
The arrival of your order may be subject to delay due to the pandemic!
Please also note that the estimated transit time is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
It will take 2-5 business days to get ready to despatch.

We aren't responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may apply.
Cancellation and Return
We offer return and refund for all non-discounted and non-customised items on our website. Customers have to bear the shipping cost for returning the item(s) to us. Please read the policy below:
For cancellation: it will only be accepted if your order hasn't been shipped.
For return: 1) Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. 2) Ship items back: Don't ship the item back without our confirmation! We will give you a return reference no. and then please ship all items including the package back to us within 7 days after receiving our return confirmation.
Payment & Refund

For refund: After receiving your returned item, we will arrange refund in 7 business days.
