Production & Shipping Time
MosaicArtMaker features a custom direct-shipping model with strict quality control. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout (ships out as quickly as 1 business day).

Delivery Service
All orders are safely dispatched via SF Express. Once your package is shipped, the system will send you an email containing a tracking number so you can check the real-time shipping status at any time.

Unclaimed Parcels & Reshipment Notice
Any overdue storage fees (such as penalties incurred at SF Stores or Lockers) are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If a package is returned due to overdue collection, rejection, or incorrect delivery details, all return shipping costs and reshipment fees will be borne by the customer.

2. Regional Shipping Guidelines

Hong Kong
  • Delivery Method: Doorstep Delivery or SF Express Self-Pickup.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Approx. 1 working day after dispatch (next-day delivery at the fastest).
  • Tracking Notification: SF shipment tracking and pickup codes are pushed via the "SF Express SFHK App". Please download the App in advance and enable notifications to receive timely updates.

Free basic shipping across Hong Kong! Doorstep delivery is currently unavailable for addresses requiring surcharge fees (including walk-up apartments without elevators, village houses inaccessible by vehicles, remote areas, and outlying islands). Please select a nearby SF Store or SF Locker at checkout.

Macau
  • Delivery Method: Doorstep Delivery or SF Express Self-Pickup.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Approx. 1 – 2 working days after dispatch.
  • Tracking Notification: SF shipment tracking and pickup codes are pushed via the "SF Express SFHK App". Please download the App in advance and enable notifications to receive timely updates.

Free basic shipping across Macau! Please provide your real full name (in English or Chinese) and phone number to facilitate customs clearance and delivery.

Taiwan
  • Delivery Method: Doorstep Delivery is available for Taiwan Main Island.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Approx. 2 – 4 working days after dispatch.
  • Real-Name Authentication (EZ WAY): Please provide your full Chinese name, phone number, and ID number matching your EZ WAY registration. Upon dispatch, keep an eye on App notifications and tap "Declaration Match" for smooth customs clearance. (🔗 Learn More)
  • Customs Duties: General personal use is tax-free (if cross-border purchases exceed 6 times within 6 months, frequent import taxes may be triggered and must be borne by the recipient).

Free doorstep delivery for Taiwan Main Island! Shipping is currently not available for outlying islands such as Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu.

Singapore
  • Delivery Method: Island-wide Doorstep Delivery available in Singapore.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Approx. 3 – 5 working days after dispatch.
  • Customs Duties: Under normal circumstances, buyers do not need to pay any customs duties.

Free island-wide shipping in Singapore! All parcels are custom-crafted and air-shipped directly to you for a seamless shopping experience.

3. Return & Refund Policy

All MosaicArtMaker products are custom-crafted specifically based on your uploaded photo. Returns or refunds are not accepted for personal reasons (such as personal preference or selecting the wrong photo).

Quality Guarantee & Defect Handling
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt:

  • Details: Please be sure to include your order number along with clear photos of the product defect or issue.
  • Follow-up: Our after-sales team will review the issue and arrange follow-up handling as quickly as possible.
