All our orders are shipped using SF Express. You will receive a shipment notification email after your order has been shipped. You can find the tracking number in the email and use it to track your order here.


All of our custom made products are created specific to each individual customer. As a result, we do not accept return or refund. If products arrive defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your products by emailing us at and attach the photos of products as well, we will follow up accordingly.
